After this, I used the form soft tool, the clay buildup tool, smooth and pinch to define the main muscles a little bit more, while still keeping them subtle and simple. I wanted the character to look nonthreatening so I widened the eyes more too.
Originally, I was going to make a different scarf for this character so that it would be more like a neckerchief, but in the end I decided against it because I wasn't sure how much time it would take up in the grand scheme of things, and it wouldn't change the silhouette enough to justify the time spent sculpting it. I also noticed that the longer scarf actually looked better from the side view of this character than the neckerchief would have, because the longer scarf was a nice middle ground in length between the hair tufts and the tail.
To make the character look a little different from the original model, I swapped the bracelet to the other side, but I kept the rest of the clothes the same since they were part of the same tribe. I wanted to keep the style of clothing uniform between them with some colour and pattern variations to break up the similarity.

I appended a sphere for the ponytail at the back, then used the same method as before to create fur tufts around it. |

I wanted the ponytail to blend into the fur at the back of the head, so I added fur tufts using the dam standard brush and pinch tool flowing from the pony tail to the rest of the head. |
