FMP: Week 14 Friday

On Friday, I unwrapped the character into two maps, just like I did with the first character. I normalize packed them so that they were the same texel density and then manually enlarged everything and packed them even tighter together. I seperated any parts of the mesh I thought might print onto eachother and placed them into relevant groups to keep them neat and easy to import (ie. half of the bracelet beads with half of the hip beads and the socks grouped together, the other half of each grouped with the loincloth and so on).

I placed the fur and the clothes into different material IDs so that I could easily switch between them when editing the UVs while on the same mesh.
